Birthday Lunch
Had lunch at Gerry's Grill to celebrate the birthday of a friend of my mother (+), a family friend. It's a good way of spending the afternoon: sharing stories, exchange of repartee and building camaraderie.Added to that is the delicious food that fits the budget. We had green mango salad, crispy crablets, Gerry's seafood soup (bouillabaisse style), sisig (Gerry's bestseller), sizzling pusit (another Gerry's bestseller), tinomok, inihaw na baboy and pancit canton. Noodles are always part of the feast whenever birthdays are celebrated. This is to wish the celebrant long life.
