TSH Intern

Went first to Makati Medical Center to get the TSH result.  Not good.  Results are not within normal range.

TSH IRMA Turbo, 5.293 uIU/ml (normal range 0.27 to 3.75)

Anti-TPO, 310.88 IU/ml (normal range up to 100)

Anti-HTG, 161.32 IU/ml (normal range up to 100)

Will have to do my own "research" before my check-up with my endocrinologist on Monday.

Then, was dropped-off at Glorietta.  Bought discounted movie ticket for The Intern.  Had lunch at Bistro Ravioli before my movie.

Retired Ben is not satisfied in his retirement life.  When a senior internship program was offered in a rising internet start-up, he applied.  Cute.  It is old school gelling with new school.

After the movie, ticked-off some items in my list.

First is a mat.  Was able to buy a bath mat to be used with the mini-stepper I bought yesterday.  Reading the manual, should have something to protect the floor.

Second is the posture brace.  Saw it yesterday at Toby's Arena but have to make measurements.  Should buy the XL size but it is not available.  Found one by LP Support at Mercury Drug instead.  Took size L.  The one at Mercury Drug has a tape measure on hand.  Hehehe!

Attended the antcipated Mass.  Had dinner at Food Choices.  Bought faucet at True Value.

Before proceeding home, went to Pet Express for Tsubasa's food.
