Medical Laboratory Results
Took a leave yesterday to take the medical laboratory tests requested by my doctors. It is long overdue.
I submitted my urine specimen just today since I do not want to do it at the hospital yesterday--don't want to remove my face mask outside to drink water for fear of catching the #SARS_CoV_2 virus. I asked Edgar, the driver, to bring it to the hospital as soon as I completed my business.
Got the results online. Most are within normal range except for these:
- BUN, 8.09 mg/dL (Low)
- MCHC, 32.9% (Low)
- TSH IRMA, 43.6 uIU/mL (High)
- Specific Gravity, 1.003 (Low)
The doctor/s also included the test for diabetes (I think).
- Glucose, 98.75 mg/dL (reference range 60.01-100.01)
- HbA1c, 5.00% (5.7-6.4% is increased risk for diabetes milletus; equal to or greater than 6.5%, may aid in the diagnosis of diabetes milletus)
Thank, God! 🙏
