Annual Physical Exam

Already set a schedule for my annual physical exam (APE).  It is required we complete it by September 2017.  Chose September 16, 15 and 18, by priority.  Was scheduled for September 15.  Thus, have to take a leave.

So, was dropped off at Makati Medical Center for my APE.  Have to skip submitting my specimen (urine and stool) because of menstrual cycle.  Will submit it another day.

Completed around 1-2PM.  Then, walked my way to Ayala Center.  Was thinking of buying the Nokia 5.  Bought it at Ambassador Appliances where I got a discount for being a suki.  Then, proceeded home.
