Kurimu
It is the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord Jesus. Thus, would be attending the noon Mass (even if it is not a day of obligation). Left with my grey Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical on my left wrist and my Apple watch on my right. Also wore my Tabi shoes.
I was dropped off at Sto. Nino de Paz Greenbelt Chapel. I was able to finish my morning prayers, my Precious Blood Chaplet devotion, and joined the community to pray the Mother of Perpetual Help Novena and the Rosary.
The Mass presider is Fr. Jeffrey.
The Gospel is about the Annunciation of the Lord. In nine months, December 25, Jesus will be born.
We are grateful for the availability of Mama Mary to give her "yes". Mama Mary is about 14-16 years old. Having a child at that age can give her humiliation.
On the other hand, Elizabeth, a barren and old woman, has to bear humiliation for many years until she has a baby.
As Christians, we should be good news to other that gives hope, gives life, in the midst of challenges, crisis. We should be the message, not just a messenger.
Then, visited the Mary, Mother of Hope Chapel at The Landmark. I was wondering why there are many children with their parents at the chapel. Then saw that it is their Recognition Day.
For lunch, ate at MAiSEN in Food Choices at Glorietta 4. For dessert, tried the ice cream shop Kurimu. Asked the saleslady what their bestseller is. She said it is the Miso Mascarpone with Passion Fruit Almond Praline. The taste is OK.
Next stop is Muji where I bought a pencil case, non-stick scissors, and staple less stapler.
Home.
N.B. Sharing here the photos I have taken using a kids camera myFirst Camera 10.
