Shareholders Meeting
Since in the previous meeting, the Board approved the sale of one of the properties, thus, the final decision is presented to the shareholders.
The meeting is held online via Zoom.
Last night, I prepared the worksheets for the attendance (to automatically compute if quorum has been reached based on each shareholder's share) and for the tally sheet containing the response from Google Forms.
As expected, most approved the sale. Tsk! Tsk!
I voted “No”.
