Parking No Parking
On the way to the jeepney terminal at Park Square 1 to get a ride home, heard a loud, booming voice who seems to be berating someone. The owner of the voice is the owner of a white Nissan Patrol SUV with 888 as the plate number's last three digits. (Hmmm... now, who likes the number 8 in their car's plate number...) His car is parked (near a "No Parking" sign) in front of a shop at Glorietta 1 selling musical instruments. And to think, the GUards arE just trying to do their duty.
