Sacramental Blessing
I have subscribed to Punto por Punto YouTube channel.
Every 8PM, they have the Worldwide Catholic Bible Study. On Thursdays and Saturdays, the priest blesses the sacramentals online.
1. The (rock) salt is exorcised and blessed.
2. The water is exorcised and blessed (exorcised salt will be sprinkled on the water as guided by the priest).
3. The (olive) oil is exorcised and blessed (exorcised holy water is sprinkled on the oil as guided by the priest).
4. The sacramentals are exorcised and blessed (exorcised holy water is sprinkled on the sacramentals as guided by the priest).
5. For the healing, every time the priest makes the sign of the cross, with your finger with holy oil, do a sign of the cross in the following sequence:
a. Forehead
b. Throat
c. Chest
d. Ears
e. Eyes
f. Nose
g. Mouth/ Lips
h. Where you need healing
