Palm Sunday

Morning was the annual stockholders meeting of our Family Corporation/s.  It was held via Zoom.  I would say it is a success.

In the afternoon, I would be attending the anticipated Mass.  Left the condo around 2:30 PM with my favorite Omega Speedmaster 38mm on my left wrist and my Apple watch on the right.  I also wore my Tabi shoes.

I was dropped off at Sto. Niño de Paz Greenbelt Chapel.

I was able to finish my Precious Blood Chaplet devotion and joined the community to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet, the Rosary, and prayer to the Virgen de la Rosa de Macati.

The anticipated Mass presider is Fr. Benny.

Since the celebration is for Palm Sunday of the Lord's Passion, the Mass started by blessing the palms outside the chapel with a procession to the chapel while blessing the palms.  Since Edgar, the driver, forgot to buy us palaspas (translation:  palm fronds or decorated/ woven palm leaves), I bought one at Greenbelt Chapel. and is one of those lined up outside the chapel for the blessing.

The church wants us to appreciate what God has done for us. To be thankful for God’s mercy. To return to Him not because we fear punishment but because of the fear that He is not with us.

Jesus emptied himself of His divinity to be one of us and save us.

Jesus' obedience to His Father. To show His expression for His love for us. He embraced the most humiliating death.

After the Mass, visited the Mary, Mother of Hope Chapel at The Landmark.

For our food-to-go, I went to Kaya.  I ordered and paid for my order.  Advised them I will return since they still have to prepare for my food.

Had a frozen yogurt at Red Mango where I ate the ice cream at Glorietta 4's Food Choices.

Then, I remembered I had to buy Theo, the dog, food.  I called Edgar to meet me at Kaya so he can carry the food as we went our way to Pet Express.  He left the food in the car as I go to the restroom.  We will meet at the Pet Express.

After buying Theo's food, I went home.
