It's Benign! (Praise God)
Went to my surgeon, Dr. Caedo, at Makati Medical Center. He checked my wound and he gave me the good news.The amorphous calcification found in my mammogram is benign.
Gross and Microscopic Description: Specimen consists of a cream-lan, irregular soft tissue measuring 2.5x2.5x0.7 cm. Block all.
Histopathological Diagnosis:
Breast, Left, Excision Biopsy:
* Fibrocystic change with columnar cell change and sclerosing adenosis
* Microcalcifications identified
