Day 7: Best of Europe & Marian Pilgrimage

Call time is 6:00AM, buffet breakfast at 7:00AM, departure at 8:00AM.

Our tour guide to Montserrat, Spain and back to Barcelona is Anna.

We vistited the Monastery of Montserrat where we all had the Mass with our Pilgrimage Chaplain. We were able to venerate to the Black Madonna. What is nice is that the chapel we had our Mass, we can see the back of the Black Madonna.

During our free time, we took photos and had lunch.

Then, we were on the way to visit Guadi's Sagrada Familia. Learned the "story" on Guadi's design. Also learned how Guadi died. Sure hope he becomes a saint.

In the Church's main door are portions of the Our Father in different languages--including Tagalog.. Beside the door is a gift from the Philippines--a very, very big shell to contain the holy water.

The building of the Church started 1926. The reason it takes too long because the money used to build it come from donations. Today, income from tourists also helped build the Church. As of today, only 61% has been completed.

We were truly blessed since the sun is shining, we saw the wonderful colors and beauty inside the Church.

We had our dinner at Marina Bay by Moncho's. Of course, to try Spain's paella.
