Day 2: Best Of Europe & Marian Pilgrimage
Stop over is at Hamad International Airport. We have three (3) hours to enjoy the airport before boarding again en route to Rome. The trip is uneventful except that on the left side of the plane, it is pretty dark while on the right side is quite sunny, as if the plane is between night and day.
Upon arrival to Rome, Italy, it is raining. Was able to take the umbrella from my check-in bag. We did not stop at the hotel but we already started the tour. Our tour guide us Rodolfo. First stop is at the Colosseum.

Saw different sights like the Roman Forum, the Piazza Navona, the Victoriano on our way to the Spanish Steps. Since it is raining heavily (I am the only one with umbrella), stayed a few minutes at McDonald's. We then walked our way to to see the Trevi Fountain.

Bought 2 liters of water in one of the supermarkets then went to our hotel, Novotel--Ibi, to check-in. We also had our dinner there. The tour package includes breakfast and dinner. Good!
Learned there are two types of water: with gas (soda) and without gas. Choose without gas.
It would have been OK but the bathroom was not cleaned!
Also used the bidet. LOL
