Dengue
While having breakfast, my niece said she saw a mosquito that causes dengue (with black and white on its tail). Then I noticed a mosquito biting me--but without my eyeglasses, not sure if the mosquito is an aedis aegypti. Uh-oh! Being paranoid, would buy an insect trap. Also, surfed that the incubation is 4 to 10 days; then, the fever. Hmmm....Had a Mongolian lunch at Food Choices and dessert at Baskin Robbins. Ticked-off items on my list (would not be watching a movie). And for the insect trap, was able to buy one at The Landmark.
Attended the anticipated Mass and had dinner at Bistro Ravioli. Bought groceries at The Landmark before proceeding home.
As soon as I arrived home, tested the Daimaru insect killer. As soon as it was plugged in, heard a crackling sound--zapping a mosquito. And there were lots of zapping. Would buy one for our dirty kitchen.
