I leave everything into Your hands:
my pain, my afflictions,
the causes of my discomfort and anguish,
and the worries of tomorrow,
O Lord, I leave it all to You.

I leave everything into Your hands:
the heavy burden I once had to bear
my tears, my hopes,
and the shape of my future,
O Lord, I leave it all to You. 

I leave everything into Your hands:
joy or sadness,
poverty or wealth,
and the fears I had until this day,
O Lord, I leave it all to You. 

I leave everything into Your hands:
life or death,
sickness or health,
beginning or end.

O Lord, I leave it all to You.
