Treatment
Already made a reservation so will have my AP + BT for 90 minutes at KARADA. Am not supposed to drink cold water at least 4 hours after my treatment; thus, for lunch, went to one of my favorite restaurants, Bistro Ravioli, where I can ask for warm water. Hehehe!Forgot to buy the items I intended to buy yesterday to take advantage of the sale. Also, Lily asked me to buy a knife to be used solely for my juice. Went to The Landmark to buy I.Care Twist Board, Empower Massage Stick, and an Oneida utility knife.
