Glass

Had an appointment with my dentist for my routine check-up and cleaning at 10:30AM.  Learned again something new.

* Avoid refined carbohydrates to avoid cavity.  In ranking: a) biscuits, crackers; b) candies; c) chocolate.

* Brush teeth after breakfast, after lunch, before sleeping.  Put toothpaste on teeth being monitored at night.

* If outside and cannot brush teeth, gargle.

* Eat in chunks.

After, went to Word & Life where I bought religious items I will have blessed.  Decided to walk to Ayala Center.  On the way, stopped at Tito Pak's for lunch.  As soon as I arrived at the mall, bought discounted movie ticket for Glass.  Still have time for my movie, paid bills through Bayad Center at The Landmark.

Security guard David Dunn (from "Unbreakable"), a reluctant hero, uses his supernatural abilities to track Kevin Wendall Crumb (from "Split), a disturbed man with 24 personalities and is killing female teenagers.  Caught, they were brought in the asylum where Elijah Price (from "Unbreakable") is also confined.  Are these people really have supernatural abilities or simply delusional.  If so, how come there is a secret society which tries to keep the existence of superhuman a secret?  As expected, #ThumbsUp to James McAvoy's performance as Kevin.

After, was looking for spoon and fork for travel (in case I go to a country that only offers chopsticks. hehehe!).  Went to Tickles, Daiso Japan and Japan Home Center.  Found one at Mimiso.

Attended the anticipated Mass, baby shower gift at The Landmark, had supper at Mexicali, cream puffs to-go from Beard Papa's, groceries from The Landmark Supermarket before proceeding home.
