Air Quality Monitor

Decided to take my air quality monitor device through its paces while doing my usual walk.

Started at Ayala North Exchange Towers where the air quality (AQI) is “unqualified” per my device.  It means, it is neither “fresh” or “polluted”.  I guess we can call it “average”.

Walked to Greenbelt 5 via Dela Rosa elevated walkway (as I was thinking of having my lunch at Bistro Ravioli).  All throughout my walk, I was already wearing a face mask—not because of Taal’s ash fall but in order to (hopefully) prevent contracting the novel coronavirus.  I also have my hand sanitizer in my pant’s pocket—the faster to use it.  The reading?  Average.

Went to Greenbelt 1 where Bistro Ravioli is.  Air quality is average.  Stopped first my air quality monitoring by having my lunch of spinach feta cheese ravioli.  Burp!

Walked back to Glorietta.  Greenbelt walkway says air quality is fresh.

Reached The Landmark whose air quality is fresh.  Went to the store’s Bayad Center to pay the water and the electric bill.  The Landmark’s food center air quality is average.

Went to Glorietta whose air quality is fresh.  Proceeded to Mercury Drug where I bought (surgical) face masks.  A lot of people were buying the masks—mostly foreigners.  What I noticed during my mall stroll, those who are in face masks are mostly Chinese.  Do they know something which we (Filipinos) don’t know?

Done with my air quality monitoring (hehehe!) since my device’s battery is getting low.  Had brown sugar milk tea at Serenitea.  Went to True Value who is still on sale.  They have items which you can only find in True Value.

Attended the anticipated Mass at Mary Mother of Hope Chapel, we had dinner at Phobac.  Again, I wanted milk tea for dessert.  This time it is Tiger Sugar.  Bought groceries at The Landmark Supermarket before proceeding home.  Was hoping to buy a small bottle of alcohol with spray; but, it is not available.
