Left around 10:30 AM for the Friday noon Mass at Sto. Niño de Paz Greenbelt Chapel.
On the way, I finished my morning prayers.
Joined the community to pray the Rosary, the Padre Pio novena, and the Sacred Heart of Jesus prayer.
The Mass presider is Fr. Benny.
In the First Reading, St. Paul's familiar teaching is the very reason we are Christians because we believe in the resurrection of the dead. If Christ did not rise from the dead, our faith is in vain.
During St. Paul's time, there are people manipulating the faith for personal interests. Which is the same today.
We should aspire for the God of grace, not only for the grace of God. The ultimate grace that we need is to attain eternal life.
"It is not why you came but why you stayed." It is not how you became a Christian but why you are staying now as a Christian. We stay because we believe in life after death.
After, I visited Mary, Mother of Hope Chapel at The Landmark. For lunch, it is at Tenya.
