Criminal

Yes!  Was able to get a baller to show support to my VP, Leni Robredo (and it is her birthday).  Wore it so that everyone I meet would see it.  And I get an "eye" for those who are wearing ballers for Duterte-Cayetano.  Weh!

Took me 10:42min/km pace walk from Rufino to The Landmark.  I do believe I am getting fast.  Hehehe!

Had Mongolian lunch at Food Choices and bought discounted movie ticket for Criminal.

Since I still have time before my movie, ticked-off some items in my list.  First is a yellow shirt.  I would be wearing in on the day of the election.  Hehehe!  It would not be considered campaigning because it wouldn't have candidates name written on it.

Back to my movie.

A convicted felon has been implanted with the memories of a CIA agent, who died while trying to save the world from a deranged anarchist.  This is to obtain the last memories to point them to the Dutchman.  Lots of action.  The movie did not get good reviews but the movie is OK with me.

Attended the anticipated Mass and had dinner at Bistro Ravioli.  Then, ticked-off more items on my list:  Genteal drops, wireless mouse.  Did some groceries at The Landmark and dog food at Pet Express before proceeding home.

The Huntsman: Winter's War

Had an appointment with my dentist, again.  Last week, supposedly have an x-ray of my teeth first but the lab is closed because it is a holiday.  The following day, during lunch break, went to the lab for the x-ray.

Funny thing, am feeling something at the upper left side but my dentist did something on my right side.  There's nothing in the x-ray.  It seems I have a bite-tension.  Weh!

Then, walked to Word and Life where I was able to buy Josemaria Escriva's Furrow, and the new way of the Cross.  Note to self:  There's a big Benedictine Cross in this store.  In case the one I placed at our gate if it got broken because neighborhood kids are using it as basketball hoop, I can have it replaced.  No matter what we do, even talking to their parents, no use.  Obviously, we know how this kids will grow--not pillars of society.

Then, proceeded to Glorietta where I bought a discounted movie ticket for The Huntsman; Winter's War.  So, had Mongolian lunch at Food Choices before my movie.

The movie started before the event with Snow White wherein the evil queen Ravenna with her sister Freya.  Freya's powers still have to be unleashed, which eventually awaken when her only baby daughter died a mysterious death.  This pushes her to establish her kingdom in the North, abducting children from the villages and raises them to be soldiers.  This is where Eric and Sara grew and became Freya's finest warriors.  Against the rules of Freya about love, the two became a pair.  And that's where the story continues, with Snow White's kingdom being in jeopardy.  Like.  Has action, romance and comedy.

After the movie, bought another portable rechargeable electric fan.  Marysan would be leaving to study, Jennifer already arrived to replace her.  Because of the El Nino, there might be rotating brownout.  As is, the weather is getting hot.  Already bought a rechargeable desk fan for Nana last Thursday.

Attended the anticipated Mass and had dinner at Kaya.

Pacquiao, VP Debates

Already made an appointment.  As soon as the mall opened, went to KARADA for my treatment.

After, checked first if I can watch a movie.  Glorietta 4 Cinemas are still not selling tickets.  So, lunch at Bistro Ravioli.  Tried their "must try" Lasagna Primavera.  Not bad.  Checking my twitter feeds, learned that Manny Pacquiao won over Bradley.  Congratulations, Manny!

Bought another book of Josemaria Escriva "The Forge" (already have "The Way") at National Bookstore.  Next in my list is "Furrow".

Then, proceeded home.  Took a jeepney.  Believe me, the rechargeable portable fan I bought yesterday is a blessing with the heat.

Around 5PM is the start of the Vice-Presidentiables' Debates at CNN Philippines.  Even before the debate, I am already rooting for Leni Robredo.  After the debate, it solidifies it.

Leni: "Sa aming anim, may the best woman win." (Those who doesn't know, she's the only woman running for vice-president.)

Dentist?

Already made an appointment. When my dentist looked what was ailing me, he asked that an x-ray be made on my teeth. Unfortunately, the lab was closed because it is a holiday. So, made another appointment to my dentist next Saturday and will have the x-ray on a weekday.

Had lunch at Italianni's. Then, decided to watch a movie. Glorietta 4 Cinemas stopped selling tickets due to technical problems. There is a problem in the air-conditioning system.

So, went to Pacsafe Flagship Store at Glorietta 5 to buy the camera sling bag. Then, went to The Landmark to buy an electric fan to replace the defective one.

Then, just walked. Was also looking for a portable fan to handle the heat. Bought at SM at a 50% discount.

Attended the anticipated Mass. Since there is no air-con, many are fanning themselves. Good thing I already have my portable rechargeable fan.

Ate at Pho Hoa, bought vitamin E and flaxseed at Health Options, and groceries at The Landmark.

Retention Plan?

Hair-pampering day.

But first, heavy breakfast at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (it is open even before the mall opens).  Then, went to the Chronicles Salon.

My reminder says the retention plan for my mobile phone has expired and I can already renew it again to get a new phone.  So, had Mongolian lunch at Food Choices and walked my way to The Sun Shop.  Learned that my retention plan will still end on August 2017.  Well...

Had an ice cream first at Cold Stone Creamery before proceeding home.

No Movie

My walk from Rufino to The Landmark is at 11:51min/km pace. I wonder if it is already fast...

The only movie being shown I have not watched is Allegiant. Unfortunately, it's first screening is around 5:30pm. I would miss the anticipated Mass if I watch the movie. So, no movie for this week.

For lunch, went to Yabu. For dessert, it's Baskin Robbins for their promo of Happy 4 You with four small scoops of ice cream at PhP125.00.

Then, just walked. The better to meet my daily steps goal.

Attended the anticipated Mass and had a (free) dinner at Chili's as birthday treat. Burp!
