Eyeglasses Sale
Yesterday, noticed that there is a sale on the optical shop. Planned to buy an eyeglass for one of my angels. The thing is, she is cross-eyed.
So went to
Glorietta with her and proceeded to
EO (Executive Optical). After her check-up, was advised that it should be an ophthalmologist who should look at her.
Went first to other optical shops to ensure if there is an ophthalmologist--what they have is an optometrist. Thus, went
Patient First. The doctor will arrive by 1:30PM. Have Christine fill-up the form and we will be back around 1PM.
Then, just walked. Showed her around Glorietta,
The Landmark,
Greenbelt and
SM Makati. We had our lunch at The Landmark's food court and dessert at Cold Stone Creamery.
When the doctor finally arrived, she was tested. The result--whether with eyeglasses or not, it would not help her. Tsk! Tsk!
Before proceeding home, bought
meryenda at
Razon's (
pancit malabon) and
Jollibee (Chickenjoy).
Independence Day: Resurgence
It's 11:17 min/km pace walk from Rufino to
The Landmark.
First, bought a discounted movie ticket for
Independence Day: Resurgence.
Then went to
e-Phone to have our old
Starmobile Sky replace it's screen protector--this is the mobile phone left at the house. Was there yesterday to buy a
Starmobile Up Ultra as a stock just in case any of our mobile phones conk out. The
MyPhone Rio is now our home mobile phone as the Starmobile Sky keeps on hanging--must be the
FireChat I installed and the phone specs is not up to par. The FireChat mobile app is good in case of emergency, that is, if the telcos go down.
Had a Mongolian lunch at
Food Choices.
Twenty years after the war of 1996, the world is again faced to fight aliens that may bring the Earth to extinction. Even with the alien technology which man learned to harness, it may not be enough to what they are about to face. Again, it is their will that will pull man thru. Lots of action.
After the movie, attended the anticipated Mass and we had dinner at
Bistro Ravioli.
Treatment
Already made a reservation so will have my AP + BT for 90 minutes at
KARADA. Am not supposed to drink cold water at least 4 hours after my treatment; thus, for lunch, went to one of my favorite restaurants, Bistro Ravioli, where I can ask for warm water. Hehehe!
Forgot to buy the items I intended to buy yesterday to take advantage of the sale. Also, Lily asked me to buy a knife to be used solely for my juice. Went to
The Landmark to buy
I.Care Twist Board,
Empower Massage Stick, and an
Oneida utility knife.
Walking...
Took 10:30min/km pace walk from Rufino to
The Landmark. Fast.
The mall is on sale... must be because of Father's Day. Decided not to watch a movie. But first, lunch at
Italianni's for my fiber fill. Then, went to
SM for the rechargeable fan requested by Lily to buy for her, and rice cooker for the one that conked out. Walked my way to The Landmark to leave the items there (the driver will be picking me up there later).
For dessert, went to
Cold Stone Creamery. Then, walked to burn all those calories I ate. LOL
Attended the anticipated Mass and we had dinner at
Gerry's Grill. Bought groceries at The Landmark and passed by
Pet Express (for Tsubasa's dog food) before proceeding home.
The Conjuring 2
Already bought my movie ticket for
The Conjuring 2 via online last night.
Went first at
Dental City as I already made an appointment for (dental) cleaning. Next, went to
KARADA to cancel my reservation as I have my period--moved it for next week. Then, just walked. Some stores are still on sale. Was able to buy a few items.
Had Mongolian lunch at
Food Choices and dessert at
Cold Stone Creamery before my movie.
In "The Conjuring 2", Ed and Lorraine Warren flies to London, after the case in Amityville, to help a family suffering from a horrific haunting. From the heels of the successful "The Conjuring", it did not fail. It is not a sequel since it is one of the cases handled by the Warrens. Like. The audience react to every scene--either screaming, laughing and, even, clapping.
Attended the anticipated Mass and had dinner at
Bistro Ravioli before proceeding home.
Chilling
Took 12:02 min/km pace walk from Rufino to
The Landmark. Hmmm... getting slow.
Decided to eat lunch at
Italianni's for my fiber (Sicilian Chicken Salad for my veggies and fruits plus Spinach and Artichoke Formaggio. Hehehe!). Have no plans of watching a movie thinking I can do so tomorrow, decided to just walk.
Saw me at
OtterBox where I replaced the case of my iPad Mini. Bought inks for my printer. Mobile phone car holder (the Senate already approved the Anti-Distracted Driving Bill and would just need to be signed by the President; already installed the Android app Safest Text Answering Machine wherein it automatically sends back a message when SMS is received or a miss call). Had a DQ (Dairy Queen) sandwich.
I made reservation at
KARADA for tomorrow but they are already full. Will have to do my treatment next Sunday.
Attended the anticipated Mass, had dinner at
Luk Yuen and groceries at The Landmark before proceeding home.

Below are the result of my mammography and sonomammography:
Mammography:
Found isodensities, bilateral. Follow-up sonomammography suggested. BIRADS 0
Sonomammography:
Distinct hypoechoic masses with suggestively benign sonographic features, bilateral. Clinical correlation and short-term follow-up by sonography after 6 months suggested to monitor stability. Simple cycsts, bilateral BIRADS 3.
