Total Recall
A holiday... and a good chance to have my helping of weekend movie. This time, nothing to distract me and not enjoy the film.
Going to watch the 1990 remake of
Total Recall. A future left by a chemical war, an assembly line worker Doug Quaid (Colin Farrell) is having dreams of living another life. His dissatisfaction and considers his life a monotony, he goes to Rekall, a company which promises to give people new memories. This changed his life as the treatment goes wrong... it turned out that the life he knows is a lie. There's action and there's action. Odd thing, though, they still have four-wheeled cars in the movie... LOL
After, bought some groceries then proceeded home.
No Total Recall
For my movie weekend, wanted to watch
Total Recall. But because of the eFix in the office that need to be addressed, i don't think I will enjoy the movie. (sad)
Right decision. Took some time to obtain the necessary approvals.
Attended the anticipated Mass and had dinner at

SM Makati, which happens to have a 3-day sale!

h) Attend the anticipated Mass

First stop is
Claudette's to buy (again) a Cloud 9 Cake for the house.
Then went to
Glorietta. Deciding whether to watch the
The Bourne Legacy movie or not. Not (yet)!
So, just spent the time window shopping.
Attended the anticipated Mass and had dinner at
Chili's as my friend's birthday treat to us. Yes!

Novena For The Dead
I've been checking out religious stores for the prayer booklet on the novena. I can't seem to find one. I'll post it here, both in English and Tagalog, lest the practice disappears.
There's a different set of prayers for Day 1 to 9 and Day 10 to 40.
