The Seventh Day is an American horror film about a prestigious exorcist, Father Peter, who teams up with a young and inexperienced priest, Father Daniel. On Father Daniel's first day of work, they try to stop the demonic possession of a young boy. There's a twist!

Last Thursday, June 24, it was shock to learn that the former President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III (fondly called PNoy) died. He would be laid to rest today at the Manila Memorial, with his father, Senator Benigno Aquino Jr., and mother, President Corazon Aquino.
Unlike the usual Filipino politicians, PNoy worked for the Filipino people and the country with no fanfare. Traditional politicians (TraPo) like seeing their faces on tarps and billboards. He will be remembered for the Philippines' winning the international tribunal in The Hague for the West Philippine Sea; the country's growth spurt--from the "Sick Man of Asia" to the "Rising Tiger of Asia". All this because he is a man of integrity, decency, and honesty.
Today is my schedule to buy the groceries. If not for this, I would be one of those on the streets waiting for his funeral procession/ convoy to pass. Thus, have to make do watching online for the live feed.
Went first to Honda Makati. My Honda HR-V will be serviced for its preventive maintenance. Then, went to The Landmark Supermarket for the groceries. Bought cream puff at Beard Papa's and ice cream at Tiger Sugar before proceeding home.

Life goes on in spite of the pandemic... in the case of my Toyota Avanza. Hehe! Already made a 9AM appointment for its preventive maintenance at Toyota Manila Bay.
Woke up a bit late, thus, wasn't on time for the schedule. In any case, was still serviced immediately.
Since I am already out of the house, went to SM Mall of Asia (MOA). Will check if I can buy a potted plant, again. The one I bought earlier died. 😔 Was dropped at Pet Express in MOA. Was not able to buy the dog treat. Went to the SM Store. Was able to buy a pony tail. Checked the place where the pop-up store was for the plant, it is no longer there. Went to St. Paul's where I was able to buy a novena, a book and St. Benedictine medal bracelet.
Before proceeding to place I would be picked-up by the Edgar, the driver, went to the mall's Wellness area to buy the cover for my reclining pillow at Mates. Was able to buy one. 👍
Finally, left the mall.
On the way home, remembered I need to load-up the broadband SIM used for the modems of Dolores' and Zamora parking lot's CCTV/ IP Camera. Stopped at 7-Eleven along Buendia. Luckily, there is Wendy's right beside it. CLIQQ is offline at 7-Eleven; thus, proceeded to buy food-to-go at Wendy's.
For the load, tried the 7-Eleven near our condo. Although online, was not able to load-up as the transaction is being tagged as invalid. Perhaps, the prepaid SIMs I am loading is already expired?
At home, finished a movie in Netflix: Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase. The way Nancy Drew is portrayed in this movie is not the way I imagined it when I was reading the books. Hehehe!

Finished a movie and documentary series in Netflix.
First is Click for Murder. Presented by renowned television crime journalist Donal McIntyre, the series exposes the darker side of the ever-growing cyber world, with one mistake can cost you your life. #ThumbsUp 👍
Next is The Devil Below. A place in the Appalachian country has been abandoned with the underground coal mines have been blazing for decades. A team of researchers set out to understand how the fires started but learned more than what they have bargained for. 😴

Our office coordinated with the Makati LGU for the Makati-based employees to be included in the A4 (essential worker) to be vaccinated. Received the SMS yesterday for my schedule today. Thus, took a leave--do not know the effect of the vaccine on me.
Was supposed to be scheduled for 11:50AM. Was at Makati Coliseum around 10:30AM. Did not have to wait. Just waited for my turn. There were 5 steps to follow to make the process smooth. I think, it only took me about 30 minutes to complete everything. My vaccine? Sinovac.
My second dose would be on July 15.

Watched Awake in Netflix. Global event wipes out humanity's ability to sleep; thus, affecting them mentally by having hallucinations, etc. Only a handful is still able to sleep. If your child is one of them, would you bring them to be studied on in hope to help humanity or will you hide?

Took a leave yesterday to take the medical laboratory tests requested by my doctors. It is long overdue.
I submitted my urine specimen just today since I do not want to do it at the hospital yesterday--don't want to remove my face mask outside to drink water for fear of catching the #SARS_CoV_2 virus. I asked Edgar, the driver, to bring it to the hospital as soon as I completed my business.
Got the results online. Most are within normal range except for these:
The doctor/s also included the test for diabetes (I think).

Completed another documentary series in Netflix. Murder Maps.
When you think of 18th or 19th century London, you would be thinking of Jack the Ripper. This drama documentary series present other murders which haunt London.
Although scheduled to do work from home, went to the office early in the morning to take the rapid antigen test. Negative. Thank, God!
