Grocery Time
It is my scheduled time to do groceries. Went to The Landmark supermarket for this.
Since we would already be onsite for three (3) days in the office, intended to buy a container for my medicines. This way, will not be bringing all those bottles. Hehehe! Looked for it at The Landmark department store, True Value, Watsons at SM Makati, Tickles at Glorietta, and Beabi. Was able to find one at Beabi.
Bought ice cream at Tiger Sugar before proceeding home.
Dropped my purchases before proceeding to Sons of Holy Mary Immaculate Seminary to buy St. Benedict Wind Chimes which my brother requested. Will have it blessed before giving it to him.
Passed by Wendy's for food-to-go before going home.
Groceries On Black Saturday
Most of the malls, department stores, supermarkets were closed during Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Today, they are now open. So, I am back with my bi-weekly "programming". One thing striking, although, not surprising, there are only a few people around.
After buying my groceries at The Landmark supermarket, bought the following:
- Medicines at Mercury Drug in The Landmark
- Conditioner at The Landmark department store
- Canon inks at Villman Computer Systems and at PC Corner in Glorietta
- Carabiner at True Value
- Case at beabi
- Brazo de Mercedes (sugar-free) at La Brazorra de Lasevil
- Ice cream at Tiger Sugar
- Dog treats for Theo (my niece's dog) at Pet Express in SM Hypermart, Osmena Highway
Only reached 6,000 steps. 😀
Visita Iglesia 2022
Will visit seven (7) churches for my Visita Iglesia and pray the Stations of the Cross. Left the condo with Lyn and Edgar, the driver, around 7AM.
First stop is the Manila Cathedral at Intramuros. Mass is already ongoing. Here, we prayed 1st and 2nd Stations of the Cross. Here, the Stations of the Cross is strategically placed at the side of the Church.
Walked our way to San Agustin Church where we prayed the 3rd and 4th Stations of the Cross.
For our 5th and 6th Stations of the Cross, drove our way to Malate Catholic Church.
At The Archdiocesan Shrine of Jesus, The Way, The Truth and The Life is our 7th and 8th Stations of the Cross.
Next stop is at the Our Lady of Sorrows Parish. This is where we prayed the 9th and 10th Stations of the Cross.
For our 11th and 12th Stations of the Cross, we went to Sta. Clara de Montefalco Parish Church.
In our previous Visita Iglesia (prior to the pandemic), our last church is at Don Bosco. This time, we went to San Raphael Parish Church for our 13th and 14th Stations of the Cross.
After, we passed by The Aristocrat to buy food-to-go before proceeding home.
Groceries
Passed by the office first before going to The Landmark supermarket.
After doing my groceries, did the following:
- Bought ballpen at Office Warehouse inside The Landmark department store.
- Went to LBC to have some items delivered.
- Able to buy a foot stool at Ace Hardware in SM Makati.
- Bought ice cream at Tiger Sugar.
- Bought cake at Cara Mia.
- Bought carrot juice at Healthy Options.
Then, proceeded home.
N.B. Just because of doing all these things plus looking for a foot stool I like, was able to make 10,000 steps.
