Pacsafe Toursafe AT25
Packed using my
Pacsafe Toursafe EXP29. There is a LOT of space still. Decided to buy a smaller one. It would be the
Pacsafe Toursafe AT25. It would be the same luggage I would be bringing for my pilgrimage to Bicol. My niece is also planning a smaller Rimowa luggage. My other niece has other business but would be tapping my
suki for it.
First stop was at
Rimowa. My niece was able to purchase what she liked. We will pick it up on the way home.
Next stop is at
Abenson to see the price the item my other niece would be purchasing. Then, we went to my
suki. They are willing to lower the price by P2,000.00 since I am their
suki. We went to my other
suki where my niece plan to sell her mobile phone. Since she is still deciding, we had lunch at
Pancake House.
We separated after in order for them to continue with their purchases while I look for mine. Went to
Pacsafe Flagship Store at
Glorietta 5. The one I wanted is not available. I also asked them to call their other stores at SM North and SM Mall of Asia--not available. Went to
Rustan's. Not available. Then to
The Travel Club--they never sell luggage of Pacsafe. Went to
SM Makati. It is available!!!! And it is the last in stock. Yes! Bought it for 3-months instalment 0% interest. And since I used my BDO credit card, was able to get a PhP100.00 gift certificate. Used it immediately by buying a Columbia convertible pants.
We were then dropped off by my niece at our condo.
No Movie
Walked to
Ayala Center via Dela Rosa elevated walkway. On the way, stopped at
Tito Pak's for lunch before proceeding.
Paid bills at
The Landmark's
Bayad Center. Was hoping to watch a movie, but was a bit late. Decided not to else I would not be able to attend the anticipated Mass. So, window-shopped.
Attended the anticipated Mass and we had dinner at
Luk Yuen. My niece who is already at
Glorietta, met up with me. Bought a few items (like toiletries) that we would be bringing to our Taiwan trip. Also bought some groceries.
Passed by
StorageMart where we picked-up some items, again, for the trip like our luggage. Then, proceeded home.
Green Dog Home
First, went to
Honda to have my Civic serviced for its preventive maintenance.
Next, went to our former house in Pasay to install the IP camera I purchased. I think the dogs still remember me. But for Terrence (my Nana's dog)... He used to stand up and loves that I do belly rub on him. This is not what happened.... Sad.
Then, was dropped-off at Glorietta. Still enough time to do a movie marathon. So, purchased discounted movie ticket for
Green Book and for
A Dog's Way Home.
Still have time, had lunch at
Pancake House.
A working class Italian Tony Vallelonga was hired to drive an African-American classical pianist Don Shirley on a tour of venues on through the American South at a time were racial discrimination is still prevalent. The Green Book is a safe book for coloured people for safe travels. Racism and class struggle, these two men are changed by their interaction with each other. Like!!!
Next is about Bella, the dog who travelled miles to go home to her human, Lucas. On the way, she learned how to "hunt" for food and met lots of adventures. Like.
After, attended the anticipated Mass, had dinner at
Bistro Ravioli, bought groceries at
The Landmark Supermarket and proceeded home.
Chinese New Year
A holiday.
First stop is
Pet Express at
SM Mall of Asia. Hoping that the dog treat/food my Tsubasa and my niece' Theo luvs is available.
Then, was dropped off at
Glorietta where I bought discounted movie ticket for
The Possession Of Hannah Grace and for
Bumblebee. Movie marathon!
Still have time, had lunch at
Wendy's, bought Singer all purpose oil at
True Value, Rider sandals (which I will bring in Taiwan) at
The Landmark.
A female cop who just got out of rehab started working at the city's hospital morgue. Then, bizarre events happen upon the arrival of Hannah's corpse. Not scary.
Before my next movie, bought Starbucks frappe.
Bumblebee goes to Earth (as instructed by Optimus Prime) where he takes refuge. He was discovered by Charlie who is turning 18 and finding her place in the world. Like!!
Before proceeding home, bought
Beard Papa's cream puffs to-go.
PhotoWorld Asia
It is the event I have been waiting for. Why? Was hoping to buy the battery and battery charger for the Canon 5D Mark 2, Canon 7D and Canon 350D I was able to retrieve from the fire at the
PhotoWorld Asia event at the
Glorietta. This is an annual event.
So, walked to
Ayala Center via the Dela Rosa elevated walkway. Stopped at
Tito Pak's for lunch before proceeding. Would watch a movie if there is still time; but, priority is to check the stalls of the PhotoWorld Asia to see if the items I wanted are available. Nope.
Decided to go to my
suki Infomax to buy them. I was able to buy one for my Canon 5D Mark 2/7D at a discount. They will have to check their warehouse for the battery charger and battery for my Canon 350D.
Bought rosary and Benedictine cross crucifix at
Guadalupe, luggage scale at
The Travel Club, non-slip mat (for the mini-stepper I would be bringing home from office) and storage box at
The Landmark.
Attended the anticipated Mass at
Mary, Mother of Hope Chapel in The Landmark, dinner at
Gerry's Grill, groceries at The Landmark supermarket, passed by
Pet Express for our dog's food and
SM Hypermarket for additional grocery items.
Dropped the groceries at the condo and picked-up the boxes for storage. Went to
StorageMart then to the office where I dropped off the storage boxes I bought, hang the red envelope for the Dragon and Lion Dance on Monday, brought home my mini-stepper.
