MMC Wellness Center
My usual day for grocery. Bought groceries at The Landmark supermarket.
After, went to its department store to buy Cetaphil gentle cleanser and Cetaphil moisturizing lotion. Been having rashes in my hand. Was advised to use Desowen Cream, wash hands using Cetaphil mild soap/ cleanser, put on Cetaphil moisturizing lotion after every handwashing, take Claritin for itchiness.
Went to SM Makati to buy underwear and a pair of maong pants, Mary Grace at Food Choices for a mini-cake, Tiger Sugar for boba ice cream, Miniso for inverted umbrella.
Then, was dropped-off at Ayala North Exchange to go to MMC Wellness Center for I have an appointment for mammography and sonomammography. Edgar, the driver, will be dropping-off my purchases at the condo, drive my niece and go back to me to pick me up.
Will be able to get the result on Tuesday.
Additional Test Result
Have also to do fasting for my urine test. As soon as I was able to produce the specimen, asked Edgar, the driver to bring it to Makati Medical Center.

Medical Tests
Took a leave to take the medical tests requested by my doctors. It is way long overdue; but due to COVID-19, you can't help be wary to take these tests lest you get infected. Aside from my personal air purifier (which I wear around my neck), I also have now a battery charged portable air purifier. Usually, portable ones have to be plugged in a power source.
I have to fast for the tests I will be taking. First would be the blood test. Next would be a full abdomen scan and liver fibroscan. I would submit tomorrow the urine sample.
I was able to get the result online.
Nothing significant in my blood tests. Yes. Thank You, Lord! 🙏

The result of my full abdomen scan:
Findings in the liver consistent with fatty infiltration and right lobe cyst.
Persistent bilateral renal cysts.
Uterine myomata.
Normal biliary tree, visualized pancreas, spleen, urinary bladder, and adnexae.
S/P cholecystectomy
And for my liver fibroscan:
Liver Stiffness; 4.1 kPA
Interquartile Range (IQR) / Median Ratio: 9%
A liver stiffness value of 4.1 kPa (F0-F1) is indicative of minimal or no fibrosis.
Groceries
Schedule for my grocery shopping at The Landmark supermarket.
After, went to its department store to look for a pink tote (market) bag. Pink is the color representing the candidate I voted for President of our country. Although she did not win (she is up against candidates with heavy political machinery and money), I am proud that I voted for her and her team.
Went to Healthy Option to buy fish oil, Uniqlo at SM Makati to buy a blouse, and Caramia at Glorietta 4 to buy a cake before proceeding home.
Election Day
Woke up early as it is better to be at the voting precinct early. Left with my niece around 7AM. It took me almost two hours before I was able to cast my vote.
Salon
Hair-pampering day.
Already made an appointment. Since TRoPang Angat's Miting de Avance was held in the area yesterday, they shared what they observed. In short, the MDA was fun.
After, went the Greenbelt Chapel to attend Mass. Was able to receive communion physically. 😇
Bought 1 liter iced tea at Wendy's, and pizza and pasta at Greenwich to-go before proceeding home.
Rheumatology
Had an appointment. Our office's doctor recommended that I consult with a rheumatologist because the steroid she gave for my De Quervain's Tenosynovitis did not work. That was last year. Only had time today.
Actually, since I started taking colostrum-LD, there is no more pain. Took it for gut health and to boost my immunity. But because of the rashes in my hand, decided to consult already.
The doctors are very friendly. I narrated the timeline of my illness.
I was asked to test for vitamin D.
WIZ Smart Bulb
My niece who arrived yesterday from Europe said that the DIY pink light I made to light our balcony to show my support for a presidential candidate is not that obvious. I asked her to check our balcony on her way home from being picked-up at the airport. My DIY consists of an emergency light and pink cellophane.
So decided to go to the mall after work (I am working onsite) to buy a pink-tinted bulb. What is available is blue, yellow, green and red. They said that the pink-tinted bulb was made available October 2021. It is no longer in stock. The salesman at True Value suggested the WIZ smart bulb. Bought it!
Still used my DIY pink lighting with it. 😆
