Already made a reservation yesterday. As soon as the mall opened, went to
KARADA for my treatment.
After, had Mongolian lunch at
Food Choices. Will have to load-up my Lazada wallet for the item I purchased; thus, went to several
7-11 stores (four to be exact). Was able to load-up on the fourth store.
Took a taxi ride home.
Executive Check-Up Result
First had lunch at

Makati Medical Center to get the result of the executive check-up I took last Friday. I also have the doctor interpret it for me. Everything seems normal except for the high LDL. What is odd is that nothing was detected in the 12 lead ECG...

Ayala Center where I paid our Meralco bill at
Bayad Center in
The Landmark. Who knows, I might win their raffle which can save me PhP1,000.00 in my next bill. Made a reservation at
KARADA, bought belt and pony tail at
SM Makati, medicine at
Mercury Drug.
Attended the anticipated Mass and had dinner at The Landmark's Food Center. Used the 31% voucher for
Baskin-Robbins, bought groceries at The Landmark's Supermarket. Passed by
Pet Express to buy Prescription z/d (where I got lots of freebies because they are on sale) before proceeding home.
At least, had my new Garmin
vivomove HR through its paces. My Garmin vivosmart HR keeps on hanging that I had to go to Garmin Concept Store at Glorietta 5 yesterday to have it looked into. Since it cannot be repaired there, they have to forward it to their service center. That means, no activity tracker for one (1) week. Worst, it could be months. Uh-oh! If vivosmart 4 is already available (November 2018 says the salesperson), I would have bought it. Don't like the vivosmart 3. So bought the vivomove HR instead at 0% interest for 12 months. Hehehe!
Predator
Walked to
Ayala Center. Since I was able to buy yesterday what's on my list, decided to watch a movie. Because of the schedule (will attend the anticipated Mass), bought a ticket for
The Predator online.
Upon arriving, had a quick lunch at
Wendy's before my movie.
The hunt reached Georgia, and only a rag-tag group of ex-soldiers and evolutionary biology professor can help prevent the extinction of the human race. Sci-fi. Action.
Attended the anticipated Mass and had supper at
The Landmark's food court. Bought groceries at The Landmark's supermarket. Passed by
Pet Express before proceeding home.
ECU Clock
Have a scheduled Executive Check-Up today at
Makati Medical Center; thus, took a leave.
MMC's Health Hub is efficient that I was able to finish by lunch time.
Walked towards Ayala Center. Decided to watch a movie. Bought a discounted movie ticket for
The House with a Clock in its Walls.
When his parents were killed in a car accident, Lewis Barnavelt has to live with his uncle in a creaky old house. The house contains the clock that will bring about the end of the world. Magic. Like.
Window-shopped until remembered that my small Maglite Solitaire flashlight is defective. Looked for one. What is available is the Fenix brand--one item available. Bought it. This is for emergency--whistle, flashlight and small Swiss knife.
(S)Ompong ni Goyo
When super typhoon Ompong made a landfall in the North around 2AM, still experienced it. The wind is strong that we have to put inside the clothes we left drying on the clothesline of the condo's terrace. You can even hear the houses near us whose roof is trying to let loose.
Still, even with the typhoon, mall-time!
Bought discounted movie-ticket for
Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral. Then, had lunch at
Food Choices before my movie.
The film is about Gregorio del Pilar, a young general during the Philippine-American war, who died in the Battle of Tirad Pass. Many would have compared it with the movie "Heneral Luna". But here, Goyo is being depicted as celebrity, not unlike our penchant for blind idolatry. The message of Apolinario Mabini at the end of the film said it all.
After, attended the anticipated Mass, supper at
The Landmark's food court, bought 31% Baskin and Robbins ice cream, bought groceries at The Landmark's supermarket.
The Nun
Went to
SM Megamall because
Pacsafe has an event there--up to 70% off plus 20% if item is purchased there. I was hoping that the CamSafe V18 is available there. Also, the biggest TourSafe luggage they have. Both are not available.
To "compensate", had lunch at
El Pollo Loco. Hehe!
Then, was dropped off at
Glorietta. Checking the
Sureseats website, I am just about 10 minutes away for the screening of
The Nun. Thus, bought my ticket online and walked/ran to Glorietta 4 Cinemas.
The demonic nun Valak was first introduced in Conjuring 2. The movie explains how this demon was released. Whe a young nun was killed herself in Carta Monastery in Romania, the Vatican sent a priest with a haunted past (Father Burke) and a novitiate (Sister Irene) to investigate.
After the movie, went to Pacsafe Flagship Store at Glorietta 5. Was able to buy a passport holder. Then just window-shopped until the anticipated Mass.
After the anticipated Mass at Mary Mother of Hope Chapel in The Landmark, had dinner at Bistro Ravioli and bought groceries at The Landmark's supermarket before proceeding home.
OB/GYN Interpretation
Took a half-day off from office to go to my OB/GYN. Already made an appointment.
Interpreted the result; although, she noticed my uterus have grown by 1cm. Will have to take another test after six months to monitor. Hope it will stop growing. Scary.
She also provided referral for my sonomammogram/ mammogram on December.
Then, walked my way to
Ayala Center to tick-off some items on my shopping list.
Ultrasound
Already made an appointment for today. My ob/gyn asks that I take the test every 4th to 6th day of my menstruation.
Had lunch first at
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf of Eggs Ben. Then went to
Makati Medical Center to wait for my schedule. Result will also be released today.

Walked my way to
