Grocery Time
My usual grocery time. This time, already bought honey and nuts. Why? Working from home, you also get time to catch up on readings on the side since the time to prepare going to work was saved. With what is going on (pandemic), you are able to learn some messages shared by others.
After, bought some items on my list including a wind chime. I don't know.. wanted to hear (sweet) tones when a gust of wind passes by.
On-Site
Went to the office to work on-site. Was also planning to go to our office's clinic to consult about my De Quervain's tenosynovitis. Unfortunately, the doctor who knew my history is not manning the clinic. The nurse advised that I just call tomorrow for consultation.
After office, went to the mall with the intention to buy a refillable notebook. I plan to compile in said notebook my prayers with its Latin translation, if available. Was able to buy one at the National Bookstore. It is a Campus Acryl ring notebook. Perfect!
Hair
Hair pampering day.
Started 10AM. Finished around 1PM.
After, went to The Landmark to buy whistle which I will attach to my flashlight. Then, to True Value where I saw a flashlight that automatically lights up when you hold/ touch it and switches off when you put it down. And finally, at Wendy's to buy food-to-go for our merienda.
Test
Worked onsite today as I will be taking the rapid antigen test. Negative. Thank, God! 🙏
Since I am already at the building where our office clinic is, went to have my canker sore checked. The doctor I liked is manning the clinic. Reported that my De Quervain's tenosynovitis is improving. And yes, the steroid may be the cause of the canker sore (which I suspected). Was advised to use Bactidol (which I am already doing when I first detected the canker sore) and take vitamins B and C.
Even if she did not tell me, was planning to buy Debacterol for the canker sore. But according to the drug store, it is no longer being sold. So, bought Daktarin instead. Was told to take it three times a day.
After office, went to the mall buy a splint (Olympic Village), flashlight (True Value) and a case to protect my St. Michael the Archangel relic (Beabi).
