After office, went to Glorietta. Gave my order and will pick-it up later. Since I plan to replace my iPhone 6s whose battery is also wanting, went to Power Mac Center at Greenbelt 3. I wanted the colour green of the iPhone 11 Pro with 256GB and plan to make a reservation. It is out of stock. In fact, all colors with 256GB is out of stock. Left my name and number in case it becomes available. Informed the staff I'll be back on November 2 for it.
Picked-up my two half-gallon ice cream and proceeded home.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Did not work today. Already made an appointment for the conduction velocity EMG-NCV test at
Makati Medical Center.
For weeks now, my right hand seems weak. When I wake, there's slight pain and a bit hard to hold an item. It is the first time I will take this kind of test. There is no problem with first test; but, the second test wherein it is like acupuncture...

Technical description:
NCV study showed
1) Normal distal latencies, conduction velocities and CMAPs of both median and right ulnar motor nerves.
2). Normal both median sensory study at D1, D3 and D4.
3) Normal both radial and ulnar distal sensory conduction and SNAPs at D1 and D4 respectively.
EMG-- no abnormal spontaneous activity over muscles tested including both lower paracervical. Recruitment patters are normal.
Impression:
Normal EMG-NCV study of both upper extremities. There is no electrophysiologic evidence of cervial radiculopathy at this time.
Will have it interpreted by my doctor. But I guess everything is normal? If it is, why I am feeling this in my right arm/ hand?

Took a jeepney to

Went to
Rustan's Supermarket for the walnuts, milk tea fix at
Tiger Sugar before leaving Glorietta. Psssed by
Waltermart because I forgot to buy something at Japan Home Center or Daiso Japan or Mimiso. Then proceeded home.
Gaea
Walked my way to
Glorietta. Stopped at
Tito Pak's for lunch. Went to
Gaea to buy a lapis lazuli ring. Will wear it on my index finger. Since it is small, I have it resized (10.5). Was also here last Wednesday, October 23, where I bought a jade ring for my pinky.
Just chilling at the mall, waiting for the anticipated Mass at
Mary Mother of Hope Chapel at
The Landmark. After the Mass, we had dinner at
Food Choices. Bought groceries. Then, proceeded home.
Manong
Was wondering what happened to Manong. I even told my
Kuya what happened when someone called using Manong's mobile number. He asked someone he knows working at City Hall to check on him. Finally, Manong responded to my SMS. But how to prove that it is him when he is not answering my call--just sending an SMS. Was able to wheedle from him his address.
So passed by McDonald's drive-thru, eating my lunch on my way. Bought food for Edgar the driver and for Manong as pasalubong. Thanks to Waze, we were able find the address that was given to me.
It is really Manong. Hehehe! He has two mobile phones. The other one I am calling to is not able to take calls (you can't hear each other). The other mobile phone I gave him is working. He misunderstood what I said about that mobile phone--he can actually put two SIM in it.
I was then dropped-off at Glorietta where I will try the milk tea of Coco Fresh Tea & Juice. It is like Macao Imperial but better.
Attended the anticipated Mass at Mary Mother of Hope Chapel in The Landmark, we had dinner at Phobac, bought groceries then proceeded home.

Was then dropped-off at
Glorietta where I had lunch at
Mexicali and milk tea fix at
Serenitea. Would not be watching a movie but just stroll around the mall (and more "steps") while waiting for the anticipated Mass.
After the anticipated Mass at
Mary Mother of Hope Chapel in
The Landmark, had supper at
Food Choices. Bought groceries at
The Landmark Supermarket before proceeding home.
My Birthday
On a birthday leave.
So, my first stop is
Sto. Nino de Paz Community Chapel. One cannot stop thanking Him for the blessings He bestows.
Then, proceeded to
Glorietta while waiting for
Buffet 101 to open. I would treat my people for lunch.
Instead of going home, decided to watch a movie first. Bought discounted movie ticket for
Gemini Man starring Will Smith.
As they say, assassins cannot retire. That's what happened to Henry Brogan who is being targeted by a younger clone of himself.
After the movie, went to the condo first. Before 5PM, left again for
Emerald Garden Restaurant to buy food-to-go for my birthday treat at home. Passed by
Kuya's house to drop-off food. Ha!
Burial
Woke up early as I would be attending Uncle Ben's burial. With me is Lyn and Luis (with Edgar the driver). The Mass is solemn.
Volunteered to take photos using my cellphone as no one is taking any.
After, we went at
The Landmark Food Center for lunch, bought
meryenda-to-go at
Jollibee.
(I started a rosary novena for Uncle Ben on day 1.)
Last Night
Went first to
Makati Medical Center pick-up the result of my annual physical examination.

With his family, Edgar picked me up at The Landmark to go to Uncle Ben's wake. There were lots of people.
After, we went to
The Aristocrat at Roxas Boulevard for our pagpag.
Fourth
Luis was supposed to go with me at the wake; but, he is sick. Still went. Before going home, ate at
Tapa King.
Third Night
At Uncle Ben's wake with me is Luis, Edgar's son. Sadly that during these occasions that there is some kind of family reunion.
We ate at Icebergs for pagpag this time.
Wake
Tonight, with me at
La Funeraria Paz is my other niece. Also, Edgar's son, Luis. Uncle Ben's office is at the Corporation's parking lot where Edgar and his family is staying. Luis is Uncle Ben's
alaga.
For pagpag, we ate at Chowking and dessert at Icebergs.
Uncle Ben
On the way to the office, learned that Uncle Ben has passed on. Sad. He is my favorite uncle. People might fight him strict but it is just because he is disciplined since he was a seaman. Every time he steps of the ship, he has gifts for his three daughters plus me. Her youngest daughter and I has the same toys.
Oddly, what I remember most is he likes shaping pears to animals, flowers, etc. While he is doing it, I am eating the pear that was peeled off. Once done, I eat the shaped pear. Hehehe! But my cousins seem not to remember that.
After office, will be going to La Funeraria Paz at Manila Memorial Park for my uncle's wake. Passed by the condo to pick-up my niece. I will be going every night.
Learned that every night, a Mass will also be said for my uncle. Nice! Usually, it is a padasal (rosary for the dead).
